Our Amazing Team

Angela Tayson, MA, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC
Hello,
I am Angela Tayson. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
At some point in our lives we all fall on hard times and face struggles that seem impossible to overcome. It is easy to feel lost. I founded Hope & Healing Counseling to help guide you towards the life that you want and deserve. I believe that change is a constant and certain. I am here to meet you where you are, and help you get to where you want to be. I have helped many people achieve constructive changes that have lead to emotional healing. With years of experience in mental health, I'll help you build skills to grow and maintain your personal recovery.
Over the years I have served many different populations. I have experience working with autism, PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, bi-polar, and borderline personality disorder. Two of the populations I am most passionate about are Veterans and special needs families. I have been fortunate to serve the autism community, and I recognize the distress it can cause in the individual and the families. I love to be a voice when someone doesn't have one. As a United States Veteran, I know the struggles of service members and as families. I love to help navigate the challenges that the military lifestyle brings.
Growing up I was always that friend everyone turned to, so I was fortunate to realize early on that Counseling is my calling. After the military I decided to go back to school and pursue my degree. I moved to Wyoming three years ago and I love it. I am also blessed to have a blended family of 6 kids, three girls and three boys. Plus our two cats and a dog! In our free time you are likely to find us playing games on game night, spending time exploring the great outdoors, and traveling.
Therapy can be scary. But I am here to walk with you and help navigate this journey. Success as a therapist is not found in DOING something for you, but rather BEING someone for you.
Reach out and choose hope today, and start your healing journey. I am excited to walk with you!
Kevin Grunig, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor, MEd, LPC
My passion is help people heal from complex trauma, PTSD, developmental trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and generate overall wellbeing for my clients. Anyone is welcome. This is your world and I just want to teach you to heal yourself, so that you find your center, and have the tools you need to heal yourself for the rest of your life. I want to work with anyone that wants to get better. Even if you can't get out of bed in the morning and your exhausted, come and see me and I'll work to help you find your energy. If your expectations are fighting your thoughts and you feel pulled in 10 directions, come see me.
I love the intermixing of Internal Family Systems and EMDR. I've seen it work wonders. However, if that doesn't work then we'll try Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, etc. Whatever brings you peace & helps you get where you want to be.
My passion is seeing people heal. I love it. I've seen people get off meds that have been on meds for years. I have worked with veterans, kids, teens, sexual assault victims, domestic violence victims, and the nameless. Anyone that really needs help is safe at Hope + Healing. I love what I do. I have the best job in the world. Let's help you find peace.
